Reservation Policy

Reservations

Rooms will be held up to 3 days pending a confirmed reservation. There is no minimum stay required.
A deposit of 1 night is required to confirm your reservation.

Balance Due

The balance due is payable upon arrival at Margarita del Sol with the exception of holiday reservations. Payment is accepted in US dollars, or Mexican pesos.
We cannot process credit cards on site. If you prefer, payment of the balance due can be made 30 days prior to arrival by credit card, check or direct deposit (Mexico only).

The balance due during Easter, Christmas and New Years  Holiday must be paid
45 days prior to arrival date.

Payment Options

Credit cards are processed through PayPal for confirmations and balance payments. PayPal is a safe, secure and immediate way to process payments. Credit card payments are in US dollars.

Direct Deposit – Electronic fund transfers are available for Mexican funds (pesos). Bank and account information will be provided for this method of payment.

Personal checks must be drawn from a US account. Checks need to be received 30 days in advance of arrival date.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are received 60 days prior to arrival, deposit amount less a $50 USD cancellation fee will be returned.
If cancellations are received less than 60 days prior to arrival there will be no refunds. 

Early Departures
Future travel credit will be issued for mandatory evacuations related to weather (military ordered).
No credit or refund for other early departure.

Late Arrivals

Confirmed reservations guarantee your room even with a late arrival. Room charges are incurred from confirmed arrival date. No credit or refund for check-in after confirmed reservation arrival date.
